ok, i have a 24v bow mount tm and a 24v transom tm. my perko switch has an off, a # 1 pos, an all pos, and a # 2 pos. i want to be able to run # 1 pos to the front; # 2 pos to the back ( easy so far) and with the "all" pos i want to route the front (#1 pos) back to the back ( #2 pos). hopefully that's clear. appreciate any help.
You can't have your cake and it it too. Why are you wanting to do this? I assume you have 1 set of batteries. Wiring it like you said, in the "all" position you will have 24V going to both motors. Just unplug the one you are not using.

actually i have 2 sets of batteries and if the tansom batteries run out i want to switch the bow batteries to the transom motor with the perko if possible.
canepole there's an "iso 8846 marine" molded into the back of the switch. a "cat, no, 8501" on the front plate. and a "marine ul listed power switch 717B" on the front as well.
Do you ever use both trolling motors at one time? Makes a difference how to wire. That switch want work the way you want to power the tm. I will draw up a "how to" circuit. Let me know. It will take 2 switches more than likely. It is easy to do.

Requires 2 switches. I would use the Blue Sea 11001 or a switch that doesn't have all function as it ties position 1 and 2 together.
This switch arrangement allows either battery set to be switched to either trolling motor. Handy tool.

You could use the Perko switch to select the TM, but I would get the Blue Sea to select the batteries. This would keep you from tying your battery sets together.
