    Default How to import csv file into humminbird pc


    I have a csv file that was created with a bunch of co.. I need to know how to get them into my 997 and 1197. Anyone have any advise???

    How was the csv file created? Where did it come from? It can be done just will take a little thinking.

    gps babel will convert cvs files to HB file format. There is an on line converter and it is free to use.

    There is another way to convert the csv information into your Humminbird unit but it takes having the older version of HumminbirdPC and is a multi-step process. If GPS Babel will do this that is the way I would do it.
