    Question battery recommendation?


    Need a recommendation on a good marine battery. going to be hooking up to a 12 volt trolling motor.

    You are going to get about as many recomendations as there are batteries. I have had very good success with Delco Voyagers.

    Exide Gp 31 is what I use, 2 for 24v tm.

    Sort of like pick-up trucks....everybody likes a different kind. How well they hold up and last depends on how they have been taken care of etc.

    Look at the date of manufacture and the manufacturer. You will find commonalities.

    Our local Wal Mart has recently dropped the TM rechargeable style of batteries.
