Check with J&H products.

That hds10 is Lowrance's catalac. Look at the Hds8 for a much more affordable unit with a much less price tag without losing anything you will need. I cant imagine it being worth that much more than the hds8. That hds10 is a super huge unit.

YEAH but the larger screen will be easier to see detail with these older eyes.Or am i thinking wrong. On my 997 with three screens on they are easier to see with one on the whole screen. It seems they arent as compressed. For me much easier to see detail

Bigger the better

sounds good bigger the better, I like the 8 cant imagine having a 10 big ole screen

Just bought a HDS 10 about a month ago. I must say that the big screen is really nice. If money was not an issue I would definately get the 10. I am actually thinking about getting an 8 and networking them together so I can use the 10 for sonar only and the 8 for gps. The cheapest place I could find and I had a great experience with this company was BOEMARINE.COM.
