    Who can tell me the main difference between the 798 c SI & the 798 ci SI? Both have the GPS combo. Is the 5" screen too small for a good SI reading on this unit? Any help appreciated!

    One uses internal gps while the other one uses the external puck.

    i dont have one but have researched and consensus is at least go with a 887
    ADAPT OR DIE

    798c SI Combo :: Humminbird

    798c SI does support side imaging but it's with a 5" screen...

    Go with the biggest screen you can afford...and then borrow enough money to buy the 1197...
