    Default Terrova with I-pilot

I have studdied this subject for a while and have decided to order a Terrova 80/54, US2, with I-pilot. My problem is, my local Bass Pro is having trouble getting them. Does anyone know where I can get one within a week?? Thanks.

Feelay, what length did you have yours cut to. I know it'll be different for my boat, but I'm thinking 48" shaft.

They had an 80 and a 101 in stock the last time I was up there. Kevin will ship to your door and help you through the installation process.

I bought mine back in March and the cheapest place I could find back then was anchor express.com

Took about 3 weeks to get it in though. Guess they're pretty popular!

iboats.com plus you may want to try the 54" first BEFORE you cut the shaft. It has an adjustable collar on the shaft that will allow you to make it any depth to want. If you fish form the middle-back of your boat alone most of the time then the 54" may be perfect for bigger lakes in windy conditions. I-boats carries the 45" shaft - no cutting required.

Did you try Grizzly Jig Maj?

A lot like the old Wannabe... except with fewer bad words. And Karate chop action. But, yes, still purtier than you.

Maj, I cut 10" off the 60" shaft to make it 50". Like yikes said, you want to check and see if the 54" will work before cutting. If it doesn't hang outside the boat too far when stowed, longer is better. I don't think you would be happy with the 45" shaft.

I got the 80lb 54" and I'm glad I did not have it cut off any. Tried it out Sun afternoon on the Rez, with many rec boaters making lot of waves, running the TM from the console and the TM raised about a foot, it came out of the water several times. Thanks Yikess and Feelay for recommending "don't cut it". I really liked the performance but the foot control is a bit "stiff". I-pilot is due in this week so that won't matter any more.
