    Default Hds 5 Transducer Placement

I Moved My Transducer From The Transom And Installed It In The Hull Of My Ranger Angler 1760. My Question Is Will I Have To Make Any Adjustments To My Current Settings? Will It Read At At Speed? Thanks For Any Input!

You shouldn't have to adjust anything, and it should read at speed with no issues.

if do, it will be minor. like bring sentivity down or up couple same goes with your color line.

    here's good starting point.

change this first.. put in shallow water mode. its set in general issue in default mode.

    color line 72-74
    ping speed 18-19
sensitivity on console auto or manually try starting at 76-84
    chart speed default
    noise reduction low
    surface clutter low.

Thanks for the prompt responses. I will be trying it out this Friday.
