    Default Autopilot Quit


    Anyone had problems with their autopilot on the Ipilot? Mine quit yesterday. The steering and cruise control still work. I'm going to reinstall the old autopilot----power steer is pretty useless without autopilot. Emailed MK to find out what to do warranty wise. Anyone else had any problems?

    My I-pilot started acting up,some of the buttons wouldn't work. Pushed some of the buttons and they make the other ones quit. Called Minn Kota and they are sending me a new remote.

    i bought one and used it one day its a piece of junk...... went back to the trusty Minn Kota Maxxum

    Yes Rockmike,I just called customer service,they had me check my batteries too make sure it wasn't batteries fault. Got the new one in today.

    Mike...Your foot control AP button also won't work? Or just the remote? I'm assuming you have the Terrova?

    The autopilot will turn on--it just doesn't work. It won't hold course, and it will just start turning and wrap the cord. I've reinstalled my old autopilot and it appears to work---I'll find out this morning.
