    Default Question about Ipilot

I want to order an I pilot ,terrova , My understanding is the US2 means the transducer is built in the motor . Is that right ? and if that is the case does anyone feel they don't perform as well as the out side clamp on type ??? I don't want to spend the extra money if it doesn't do the job .

I ordered my terrova with out the us2. Big mistake. Have to watch the cable as it easily gets hung around things. Have heard from several on the board that have broke there cables and I can see where this could happen

No, I don't agree with it being a mistake. MOF, it is the best way since you have the most flexibility. Mount it this way. This one does not get hung up or damaged.
