    Default another stupid lowrance question

What program do you use on your computer to manage lowrance gps data. I've got a problem importing my gps data into my HDS5 and want to see if I can manipulate my data on the pc first. Funny thing is, it imported just fine into my lms480.

    Thanks in advance guys.

Yes. There was an error and said that it couldn't import. Can't remember exactly what it said.

Is it possible that when you exported them from one unit to the card it was they wrong type file? As far as PC software for managing them, you could buy MapCreate 6 or 7 or use the GDM6 (free). Both are from lowrance. MC 6/7 you have to purchase and its a full version, GDM6 is a striped down version of MC. And when i say striped i mean striped. There are no outlines of anything besides the states.

Thanks. That's what I needed. Just something to look at the data.

I exported the data again, and it appeared to import, but the tracks don't show up on the HDS5. Going to have to continue working on it.
