A word of caution to Terrova owners that have the transducer cable mounted through the shaft groove. If you get in a situation where you have the anchor lock on (such as below a generating dam or open sluice gates with a lot of turbulence). Keep an eye on the trolling motor as it can and WILL rotate 360 degrees and if it does this a few times and your transducer cable is restrained in any way, the cable can be torn or broken. I learned this the hard way today while fishing below a generating dam this morning. The new transducer/cable cost $154.00+ tax and the time to undo the old cable and reroute the new one.
