Default 997 Update and Interlock Rewiring

Ther was a mention of the need to rewire The Interlock to take advantage of the new GPS refresh change. I can't find that thread. Can someone tell me what I'll need to do, and the wiring I'll need?

Are you meaning the “InterLink” Rockmike?
If so what you need to do is connect the GPS Receiver to a unit and not directly to the InterLink. If you have two GPS Receivers you can connect one to each unit by use of the AS-YC cables that came with the units. If you have only one GPS Receiver than you can use an AS-SysLink cable to connect one GPS Receiver to two units (again using the AS-YC cables). Tell us what you have (one GPS or two plus any other accessories you have connected) and I may have a diagram I can post showing the connections for you.

I don't recall having choke cables on my Interlink.

The choke cables were added to the InterLink around July of last year. They take the place of the ferrite rings which came with the trolling motor interference kits.
