How slow on the SI can you go?

I have asked a couple of times. Does anyone know how slow you can troll without loosing the "boat" icon on the 997 SI with the updated firmware on the GPS?

I hate that donut. Reminds me of Vista and the outhouse.

Anyone heard of any Navionics East Hot Spots maps on sale yet?

I have a 987 and the min. speed is .7 to keep the boat icon. Anything less is a circle .

Does this unit have the speedo GPS ugrade firmware?

The only units that have the enhanced GPS refresh rate are the 718, 728, 778c, 788c, 798c Si, 1157c and 1197c Si units. This same software has not been released for the 997 (or 987) units yet.

How slow with these units before ZERO appears?

My memory has "lag".:o
