Minn Kota Co Pilot issues

I'm having trouble with my Pod control on my Co Pilot system for a Minn Kota Powerdrive 80#. It has always worked great but now it wants to keep turning once i let off the left or right control button. Its like it is stuck. Most of the time it will stop but way after i want it to. Im constantly trying to steer back one way or the other. Any Ideas??

Have you changed your battery lately? If it does it with the foot control, You probably have a board problem.

Mine acts that way lately too. Yesterday, at first the speed up/dn
buttons did not work, and a small touch of the left or right would send
it into a 90 degree or more turn. Autopilot was taking more "wild streaks"
than usual too. Foot pedal worked fine during all this.
Could be battery, seems like it's worse in cold weather.

I just kinda wrote it off, gonna be replaced with I-pilot soon I hope anyway.

Mine got squirrelly, and I changed the battery in the remote and took care of it. My I-Pilot was shipped today----real anxious to try it.
