Default First trip out with the new MK

Bent the shaft on my Motorguide 46lb, so I bought a MK edge 50# from walmart, and took it out today for the maiden voyage. Makes me wish I had never had a Motorguide in the first place. Certainly a ton quieter, seems like the steering is more responsive, and smother by a long shot.

Will never own anything but MK from here on out. Also the mount made it very easy to finally stop running my transducer cable along the bundle of cables that run from the foot control to the power cable, to the fish finder. I can only assume that I'll have better performance from running it the right way!

    TM was 425.00 at Walmart.

I have a 40lb MK Edge on my aluminum boat and am very pleased with it.
