Longlining

Mitch, which PICO offerings are you finding to be most effective for longlining in the cooler months? Bunny Butts or one of your soft plastic baits?

I will admit right now, my biggest shortcoming is long line trolling. My dad does well with it... lots of fishermen do extremely well with it.
So, heres my method. If i put 6 rods out, all three will have double jig rigs. three will have a bunny butt jig, trailed by a curl tail grub. The other three will have a curl tail grub, trailed by a bunny butt! LOL. I'm a pretty simple guy. Usually don't take long for the fish to let you know what they prefer. These are my "confidence" / "go to" baits, and this system lets the fish tell me what they want!
