A lake and dock shooting?

Hello Wally,

I have a lake by house that is shaped like a letter L. It's 5ft deep I made 5 brush piles 3ft tall out of PVC and bambo. Its loaded with big crappie but I can only catch one or two trolling. How would you fish it?? Also which one of your rods would you suggest for shooting docks??

How would you fish this lake I can't figure it out. Shoud I spider rig, try minnows or cast jigs yo those brush piles?

Shallow brush in the spring and deeper in the summer ! If the therma cline sets up look for shallow brush when it gets hot!
