We are having problems with sending PMs

We are having problems guys sending messages just leaving through PMs. It keeps popping up that my storage is full but it’s not because I emptied it.

I had that a few months ago. I had to clear out the all of my folders to get it to be okay again as I remember

Yes make sure you empty out sent items as well. I often forget and then have so many it shuts things down.

I usually delete my sent items because I have some PM's I wish to keep in my inbox.
