Do not shake up your mix, I roll my gallon jug around with out shaking, slowly.
From there on- do not stir your hot mix briskly, do it slowly.
Make sure your mix is fully heated.
When you shoot your mix, be sure and add a little pressure on the downstroke end, not much just a little final push.
This should fix your problem.
Thanks for your help. In this time I did absolutely all. I wasted gallons of plastisol and always the same problem. I'm very unhappy and desperate because I don't find a solution. I will try to do your recommendation. Thanks
