19 degrees today with wind chill of 10. Time to experiment with joining the parts of different together. Here are a few:


The top one is the body of a Sweet Beaver bass lure and the curl tail attached by it's edge.
The next one down is a Mann's Jelly Worm tail added to a grub body.
The green one is part of a thin worm attached to a Mr Twister body.
The two caterpillar sticks were made from French Fry bass lures.
The one on the right ----can't remember the names of the lures the parts came from.

All except the Beaver hybrid will work for all species. They're just a bit different than the shapes I used this year.

(Candle flame was used to join the parts. Mend-It glue for soft plastics doesn't cut it.)
