Exactly Bob! I'll most of us that 1000 curl tail grubs lying around that have been forgotten. After having had fantastic success using mini-sticks from the mold, I figured - hey, why not fuse two grub bodies together ! All of the ones pictured worked regardless of color and if the color wasn't to my liking, I used Spike-It dye. It's so easy to make a lure that can be wacky rigged or rigged the usual using a light ball head jig.

Thanks everyone for the interest shown, but do yourself a favor : two grub bodies and a candle are all you need. Fish of all species bite them when twitched mid depth. Maybe they think the shape is a caterpillar but in any case they can't help themselves! Who would of thought the shape would have an action fish respond to ?
