I got the swimbait/jerkbait formula since that was about the middle of the road (medium formula) in toughness and flexibility. Seems very tough when I did stretch test. It’s a bit tackier at working temp than I was use to but that seems to disappear once the baits have cooled.
I just finished off a gallon of Bait Plastics medium last night and a gallon of the Dead on Plastix swimbait/jerkbait just came the other day. The Bait Plastics medium wasn't bad and I was happy with the results, but man did it smell. It took reheats very well and colors didn't change but due to the smell I decided to try Dead On Plastix. I have read a lot of good things about the Dead on Plastix and am looking forward to using it. Good to hear that its worked well for you because different brands can be very different from one another, even though they are the same strength.
