I don't know about all of you but I personally would rather "Vise" than "Screw" when it comes to clamping your mold(s) before injecting them. I was wondering how many of you do the same. A vise is a clamping device, usually consisting of two jaws closed or opened by a screw or lever, used in carpentry or metalworking to hold a piece in position. You can clamp as little as one mold or several others when you use a good vise. You do not spend as much time screwing the molds together and then unscrewing them after you finish injecting them with hot plastic. I was just curious to see how many others discard the screws and just use a vise. For those new to the hobby, like darcie1, here is a photo of the type of vise I use. I would love to hear what the rest of you have to say on this topic.
