If you Google swim baits you can go through the pages and sooner or later you'll find what you're looking for I haven't got a clue on the one that you posted I do not handle any swim baits like that.

I have checked every company I can think of, googled it, ebay etc.

go take a look on barlow's they have quite a selection of swim baits.
