I'd contact Do-It. Maybe a bad batch of plastic.

do-it If it is bad plastic they will replace it no problem. I ran into some bad plastic this year that I had left over when I moved back from Texas and I had to throw it in the garbage. just make sure that you keep it stirred up in it. Still does not work for you throw it in the garbage and asked for to be replaced.

Called the place I bought from here in town said they never heard of any being bad but being it back we will see I know they had some bad stuff because I got a batch and do it was real good about replacing it so will see what happens...

Took plastic back today they took it back no problems he traded me that gallon for a gallon of mf ...is there any difference between the two pros or cons?

MF is a upgrade. MF has a sweet smell to it. No bubbles just give it a good shake and pour. I had 5 gallons of it took a year to use it up. It didn't hard pack or anything like that. The same first pour to last. I had the 464 great action and a tough bait.

I've also used MF in the past I really never had any problems and I did use of 5 gallons with no big issues.

Have to say I've use about a 1/4 of a gallon so for have been impressed with the Mr for sure seems easier to to use coloring heating and reheating...

Bingo ! The ES plastisol needs to hit 350 on the initial cook in order to get it to fully transform into a usable plastic.

Between last summer in the first part of this winter we used over 55 gallons of plastic from do-it did not have any issues with their plastic reheating no problem yes heat the plastic around 350.

I did try some more from this gallon and heated it to 350+ and it made no difference....i know for a fact they had some bad plastic...anyway using mf now seems to do a little better job
