Got a question?
I just started making some new bass baits, and need to make them tuff. The question is how does the salt work for making plastics? How much salt would I use per 4oz, or is it better to just use saltwater plastic?

The only way to really make them tough is to us a harder plastic. Salt can have the opposite effect you are after (think GYB Senko) Some salts are better but if you are after a more durable bait you need to use a harder plastic.

The bait should be fine then I just heard salt makes it tuff. I've been making baits for some time just never messed with the salt. I use mf stuff and seems tuff enough
