Mr. Doug was telling me about a pearl powder he uses in powder coats called Super Sparkle. He said since he doesn't do plastic injection he couldn't speak as to how it would work in that case, so he sent me a small sampler of the mica and today I put it to test in some clear that has a tiny bit of violet hi lite and some uv enhancer in it. After cooking the plastic to working temperature I added a dab of the Super Sparkle about the size of a baby aspirin and a little black .015 flake and shot it into 3 different molds all with chartreuse tails in place. Here they are.....



I've been a long time fanatic of fire opal micro glitter for making this particular plastic as a crappie color and for belly colors, but this stuff makes plastic do things that the fire opal can't begin to touch.
