Don't know Nip. I have seen some staining in the oil exuded in storage, like your orange in the second picture. Mine didn't turn the bag Orange, just the oil that comes out of the plastic naturally in storage. I notice this occurring far less when I am certain that the color in the bottle has been very well incorporated. I have rinsed the bags with alcohol and they come out clear as when they came from their box after the alcohol dries.

I'm not sure this will help at all, but for my fluorescent orange needs, I add a single drop of tomato to a 4-6 ounce cup and 4-5 drops of the orange. I like the way the tomato makes the color pop. If you look at the tomato closely you'll note the orange in it. Tomato is hyper strong though so a guy really needs to take care if it's going to be used as an adjustment color....it can overwhelm in a blink.

I noticed the orange bled on some tails I shot for future use. I tossed some X2 orange tails in with some iridescent pearl white tails thinking I would be ok since X2 colors don't bleed. A few weeks later I noticed the orange had bled onto the pearl tails. The iridescent pearl was a non X2 colorant so maybe that had something to do with it ? Perhaps not since some of you have had bleeding issues with X2 colors. It was no big deal for me and turned into a learning opportunity about keeping/storing similar colored baits together.

The bag has a drop of tomato in it. It could very well be oil from the bait that is orange and not the bag. I'd have to clean the bag to see.

2nd pic is a bag I mixed months ago. It has turned the bag orange. It was 8 drops orange to 4 oz plastic.

plastic are you using I'm assuming that you're using the new do- it plastic some of the plastics on the market really have a lot of oil and them we were having a problem with some of the other plastics on the market and then I switched to do- it which was 100 times better than anything else that is the new stuff but it could be an issue if you are using another plastic besides do it.

Do-it Essentials. I do like the chartreuse fading to orange tail though. Lol
