Well, Ma convinced me to enter this display at our Minnesota State Fair. I can't believe I did it. Today Ma and I met her sister and husband at the fair in St.Paul and we checked out Carole's quilt entry. She didn't ribbon this time and the competition was ugly fierce. There must have been 200 quilts entered throughout the fair grounds. Unreal. After seeing the level of competition in the quilt department I was in less of a rush to get to the creative arts building where the plastic display was shown. We started out by looking at more quilts, of course and after a while we set out to find my baits. The stuff shown along side of this bait display was unreal, but there on the frame was a white, third place ribbon. I still can't believe it. To win a ribbon at the sate fair, any ribbon, to me is humbling and an honor. I still can't even imagine this.

We got home only a short time ago and we are bushed. I have a couple pictures on the camera to down load tomorrow and will then post one so ya'll know I'm not just moving air. lol
