If its gotten cold where you're at and you're cooking your plastic out in a cold area, its the cold causing them. As the plastic heats the bowl or pot will develop tiny bubbles from moisture resulting from sudden heat on cold objects. When you see th bubbles in the plastic let it sit for a couple minutes, give a short re-heat to it and shoot away.
