    Here is my take on it. Clear plastic, couple drops green chart, blue highlight, black and blue flake, and a little pearl.

    Nice baits guys. I use to have to make a bunch just like those CF. Actual monkey milk is black glitter but like you I changed it up a bit!

    Yeah I was out of black glitter. Figured the Blue would be a good substitute. It looks good that way too.CF

    This weekend I used Monkey Milk & Blue Ice, half the poles one way, and half the other, alternated every other pole, and kept count. Out of 47 fish, Blue Ice caught 72%, the rest were partial to the Monkey Milk. I want to repeat it on a cloudy day and see if there is a difference. Both baits are very similar looking and I expected that there would be very little difference, but the crappie must have better eyes than mine. ? ? ? B-

    I oddly don't do well on blue ice but I may not give it enough of a chance

    My first thought is whether it is a bright or dark day but other factors may be at work, such as water color, temp, and God knows what else turns on the finicky crappie. B-
