    Default New to Plastic

Well I went and done it. Ordered a bunch of stuff and will be trying my luck at shooting plastic. Anyone have a good pink .040 glitter source? Will any glitter work ? Can't seem to find any in stock anywhere at the mold sites. My first mold will be a 2.5 flapjack that I have been fishing with for a while. Can't wait to try some new colors.

Welcome to the hobby. I was as nervous as some butter about to hit the frying pan about a year ago when I to started this hobby after years of jig tying and making miniature spoons. Soft plastic lure making is fun but it is also dangeroue. Be sure to read this thread especially the part about what giltter you can and cannot use. Be safe!!! http://www.crappie.com/crappie/diy-s...do-thread.html
