I mix it before I heat it but I also put a few drops in with my worm oil in the bag. I like garlic and shad but most of the time I use unscented because I forget to put it in lol good luck with the pours be sure to post pics!

I am going to start hand pouring this weekend, I purchased some anise scent. I'd like to know when do you mix it in to your plastic, before you heat it or after its heated before you put it in the mold. And what kind of scents do yall prefer?

In our government-controlled schools we are taught that Lincoln was our greatest president because his war ended slavery and saved the Union. As usual, the other side of the story – the side that reflects poorly on the government – somehow gets lost. – Richard J. Maybury, The Abe Lincoln Hoax
Put it in after its cooked. Less of it will burn off so you can less. If you are just starting out u might want to just add it to the bag instead of cooking it in. Id get the hang of things before adding variables!
Welcome from Alabama. I place mine into the hot plastic right before I inject it. I also add a few drops into the storage bag along with some garlic salt. You will get tired of hand pouring soon and will want some aluminum molds and an injector. Check Caney Creek or Jacobs.
