you must like to mess around a lot I would suggest using superglue to glue the pieces back the way you want them course you could buy a mold or make one yourself in receipt of plastic and pour into your mold you can use plaster of Paris after you form a mold make sure that you coded with Elmer's glue and let it set for a few days and you can go ahead and Courier plastic can have fun.

Find a soft plastic baby turtle that you like. Go to the Dollar Tree and get some aluminum pans. Go to Hobby Lobby and as Snake River said get you some Plaster of Paris. Mix it according to directions and put it in to the pans. Place your turtle lure into the plaster of paris to make a mold. Let it set. After a few days take the lure out and take a paintbrush and coat the mold(s) with Elmer's Glue. Let it dry again for a few days. When you heat your soft plastic and are ready to pour it into the mold you created, be sure to coat the mold first with Pam cooking spray. It will help later in removing your lure. Pour your heated soft plastic into the mold. After a few minutes you can remove your lure.
