It's quiet on most forms, I made a similar post on the cover/structure form yesterday. I haven't gotten into molding baits yet, but I've been giving it some though. Maybe this Winter when the cabin fever starts setting in. I usually just buy a thousand bodies and color, paint or dye them to try different patterns. Bass Pro sometimes has bulk seconds that a guy can experiment with when he's bored.

Busy time of year, but I plan to be posting once I get my stuff. Might even look like I know what I am doing.
I love taking my kids fishing, now if I could just manage to fish at the same time.

making plastic baits will definitely keep you out of trouble especially when you get cabin fever and your darling wife gets upset with you sitting around you can go to the shop and make up some goodies warning do not attempt to bring the goodies into the house as your wife might be really upset I tried this with my name she says no way are you going to bring that jumped into the house can you guys believe that called my plastic baits junk.

Me....I have been busy looking for a used 14' Jon or "V" hull boat, motor and trailer to buy so I can get a little further from shore and try out the lures I have been making. Today I made two dozen 2" paddletail minnows for myself. Some are flo Orange and some chartreuse.
