David, I have one three inch mold. I use the same mold to mmake the paddletail in many sizes. 3"; 2.5"; 2"; and 1.5" They are made different sizes just by putting something under the front of the mold to elevate it just a bit. I mix anise, garlic and a bit of liquid gulp in the plastic then pour into the old.
