Are you adding sufficient heat stablizer? Like 40 to 60 drops per cup of plastic? Also, if you are reheating using plastic thats alreaday hardened, chunk it up in a small amount of raw plastic with stabilizer mixed into it and heat incrementally in a microwave....heat for 45 seconds and then remove and stir, then heat agin for 30 seconds and remove and stir, then20 seconds, and stir. Try heating at an 80 percent power setting.

I heat and reheat in an 1100 watts microwave and have transparent chartreuse trim that I reheat a lot, some chunks have seen the oven 15 to 20 times and they don't get dark as long as I don't force the reheating process.

I do not use stabalizer and I can reheat a few times without darkening if I increment my heating like previously mentioned.

I also do not use stabilizers and can reheat about five times.
