Good looking first shots.
Three things that might help.
1. The plastic needs to get up to 350 to react and catalyze. If it doesn't form a lot of little bubbles you are not hot enough.
2. Leaving the baits in the mold for a minute or so should be long enough unless the mold is very hot.
3. Make sure you don't get any water anywhere near the 300+ degree plastic;
or reheat plastic to 300+ that has been wet until completely dried. Steam and hot plastic is a recipe for disaster.
Neat use of a clamp. That injector nozzle straight from the cup was HOT wasn't it. ( Don't ask me how I know ).
