Just have to find a place in the Florence....Muscle Shoals area where I could buy a non-resident three day permit early in the morning. Maybe AL has a web-site where I could buy one online. Well.....we got some time to figure all this out before it cools off a little.

Yeah. Let me know. I will probably take the wife up the night before and find a motel like Hampton inn so she can have a mini vacation too.

OK....lets both do some research and try to find out what boat ramp to use and how to get to it from say Florence and I will check around and see how and where to get a temporary out of state permit. I will just leave out early one morning and we can fish untill noon or 1 or 2 o'clock and I'll head home. Needs to be cooler though so we will enjoy it more. I am unfamilier with those waters so you and I will be fishing blind.....but I have done that before....sometimes you find them and sometimes you don't. I will bring a couple of long poles to single pole Bob's jigs with and if that dosen't work I will have 6 trolling rods, line counter reels, and my Bandits with me and we can pull crankbaits. If you find out any info on the boat ramp or about the temp non-residence license let me know and I will be looking as well.
