someday you will have more molds are me and Frank put together and also mo . I think you'll be the one that will have the future in your hands. I kinda like see you in the future and doing plastics commercially so I think this machine would come in handy for you I hope when you get out of school that you will get one probably if you were doing it for a business you would probably definitely get a huge injection machine as you probably know the molds for them are completely different and they are definitely big-time money almost typo molds I had a chance about 20 years ago to buy a injection machine with about 20 molds . This is the part that's going to kill you the machine and all the molds for 3000 we are talking about a commercial grade machine one that's capable of producing thousands of plastic baits a day but at that time I was not working. Didn't have any money saved up and nobody would lonely a penny now that I am situated I will never find a deal like that again . I believe this was a company in Seattle. This was going through a friend of mine it was in the tackle industry.

I love the idea of "making it big" and would love to get into the industry but I'm not sure how much money is in it vs time away from the family. at 1000 dollars it would take 1000 packs of baits at a dollar profit just to pay for it. plus I would have to be able to sale the baits once I get them made. If every tackle store bought 200 packs of lures at a dollar profit per pack it would take 100 tackle stores or 20,000 to be worth it for me and I'm not sure you can make a dollar per pack profit. I fight with the dream vs reality all the time but you never know untill you try. Thats why I look up to Snake as much as I do. He rolled the dice and I hope he strikes it big!

I would love to do this commercially but I am sort of starting over in life again. The divorce set me back. I am going to get married again and build a house and all that so the plastics thing will only be a small hobby. Would be nice though

I have heard it is hard for the small man to make any ground against the big companies because of the somewhat monopoly. However you can make a decent side business if everything works out right. I wonot chance it but it might pay off for the right person

yes, I was that way at one time and I'm still trying to keep it is a hobby. Ha ha. But my hobby is getting carried away. I keep telling myself I do not want to buy any more molds and it seems like every month I'm buying two or three molds. Believe me if I could not do it. I wouldn't but this is part of me and my love for my hobby. Some of us got I have cars to play with and I have plastics to play with I'm going to send you a private PM their some information I want to pass on don't worry guys it's nothing bad.

thank you mo . My intentions are not to make big money. It never was my intentions with my hobby was nonprofitable issue would not get into this small as I am and tried to make a profit. Forget about it . I'll never make back what I have into this right now . If I told you what I really have invested I don't think you guys would believe me. I thank everybody for their encouragement and what I do. We are not out to strike it rich. Believe me I do not want to be a competitor against the big boys and they definitely have nothing to worry about. I am just small potatoes . We like to pass our knowledge onto the younger ones. I am too old to get into make it profit wise, I do not want nothing to do with hiring people in starting a regular plant. This is strictly on my little shop that I enjoy . The only thing that I enjoy is watching people that enjoy what I make that makes me very happy to see somebody they could enjoy something that you made with your own hands and catch fish. Of course believe me this whole thing on crappie.com has been a dream come true for me. I believe that many of you may take the site for granite is something to visit and share your stories and comments with I take it a little bit deeper it is something that I've been dreaming about for many years a place were I can go talk to other crappie fishermen dictate the hobby. Sirius sold the site means very, very much to me. And I think slab for doing a wonderful job.

I agree with you Snake this a great site that means alot to me as well. My dad would tell me if you could only find a group of people who cared as much about crappie as we do it would be great. Well I think I found a few nuts like me lol
For some reason I think God put this fishing thing in my head for a reason. Ive been addicated to every aspect of fish since I was a baby. I would read the Bass Pro catalog so much it would fall apart. I think this bait making deal could take me some where in the great world of fishing.
I just have to figure out how deep I want to get into it. I had a family friend contact me with an offer. He would buy the mold + plastic (we would split the plastic. One gallon for him one for me ) if I would shoot the bait. Its for his personal use. Figure it was a step in the right direction.

I believe this beautiful site that we have as probably many new friends in my life and I hope to have many more on your I think it's a hobby that you can take it deep as you want to myself I don't worry about what is going to cost any more I will get rid of my girlfriend just so I could have a new mold do not tell my girlfriend that but she said the other day you think more of your stupid crappie.com and you do me and I told her you got it exactly right. She said something that I won't mention here but I think that's why we are here mo to enjoy what we do.
