yes it does make sense for every drop of coloring that you use is a different tone in there is only 99 billion different shades in if you are lucky and hit on something that really works well then you should have it wrote down and keep it locked up in a safe. To give you a example. I recently was trying to imitate somebody else's bait a leading manufacture on their colors and possible to do because you do not have. The mixture of color. But this is really funny because most of the people that sell baits usually have a manufacture Golin ask one of the plastic people that sell their plastics under their name and asked them what's the formula for that bait. What colors do you use and how many drops of color do you use I will assure you that you will not get a reply on all my plastic baits that I make. I cannot tell you exactly how much coloring that I use because I use my eyes not my brain. I put enough then so if it looks good to me. It should look good to everyone else in the and that I'm a fisherman. I know exactly what I'm looking for and I'm sure that you guys will like it. Ha ha

Okay I don't pour plastics myself but I do enjoy reading how you guys do it. Tackle underground has a sticky under the plastics section called Soft Plastic cookbook, hope this can help some of you out.
