Some of the smaller waters we wally fish we use either a jig head tipped with a minnow or somthing like you are making. Lindy used to make one that's similar that we have used, but yours honesty look better.
do you have a size limit on them and how many can you keep a day. I know most the walleye fisheries are pretty well maintained throughout the US a lot of the northern states it is a big thing but I'm assuming that is a big thing no matter where you go the walleye is a very important fishery throughout the US. Nobody realizes one other fish that is so important to the warm water fishery the crappie probably number one fish throughout our nation I can't think of one other specie that they spin millions of dollars every year on. If you take the average guy out there and he buys $20 worth of jigs could you imagine how much money that would be not to mention the boats fishing poles and everything else that goes with it I would say it was be a multimillion dollar industry. Of course I don't know where we would stand to the mighty bass. But I'm sure that we would be next in neck. Has anybody looked at the amount of people on this site. Shocking isn't it but myself I consider the panfish is a family type thing it's for everybody to enjoy I can't think of any other species that is more fish for and you definitely have fun.

Size limit on the wallys is 15 inch and its 6 per person after the 1st of may, before for 1st may its 4 per person, same size limit. We fish a lot and for a lot of different things. We fish for them big cats on the ohio river, wally fish, bluegill, but by far my favorite is to take my son out and get after the crappie. Check out my report on the main page call great day on the water. My son and I had so much fun fri it was awesome. Fishing is a family thing for us. My grandpa, dad, son, and I have done it all our lives. Great family time that's for sure.
