thank you it was a dream of mine one day also. Eight years ago I bought this property in my dream come true. We also have one other shop and I also have another building that I can use also. This is a large farm in so there is no shortage of buildings. a lot of them are housing machinery plus all the attachments that go with the machinery. I run 230 acres we do have on the property a river that has small mouth bass also channel catfish sometimes a few perch but no crappie. They are at the mouth of the river where it goes into the snake River. I must say I've been in Paradise this is what you call a dream for any sportsman we have deer and elk in my backyard plus all the fishing that you can handle. The snake River in Brownlee reservoir is one of the largest producers on the West Coast for crappie it is ranked number one out West. We have seen on my fishfinder clouds of crappie that going for a half a mile I am not exaggerating one bit. You can wear yourself out in one day catching those crappie.

it makes you sick in the fall when the rat is on you have these great big bucks in your yard I think you guys are on Eastern count so they are eight points and 10 point. The bad thing about it yes I can even hunt them because I do not draw a tech I lack 20 acres from land owners preference. The deer are meal deer we have some white tail down in the Valley. We have a lot of wild turkeys . If you need any coyotes there is plenty of them.
