I don't know how you're doing it but it is a good job well have to twist your arm a little bit to find out your procedure.

I have 6 pounds of marabou I believe I paid $40 a pound 1 pound of marabou will go a long ways.

we are using marabou short which are 2 inches to 3 inches we are taking the whole piece and pulling it on through the plastic body and cutting off the ends of the marabou. I will try to post some pictures tomorrow after I get through shooting some molds.

will that not mess up when you run it up on the jig head. I would think it would push the marabou down the tube.

no it doesn't because the plastic baits are already molded and you are pulling it through with a needle and it looks very nice I haven't got around to posting a picture of that one yet but will so there may be two different post this afternoon.
