I have to agree with this.

Although the US Army Corp owns and runs most of the dams we fish above, your local state enforces the laws the lake lays on.

Something good to know for all of us that drop things into the water. I try to always use all nature items (wood, boo, rocks) so I don't want to leave anything in the water that isn't already there. I have seen a lot of items being throw in that should have gone to the Dump....
