    Default Trees & Condos

I put out christmas trees 3 years ago and still producing crappie.....I tie a 2.5 gal plastic jug in the top of the trees to keep em upright all the time....
I have had good luck fishing stick condos.... very easy to make and transport on the lake... plastic buckets will not scratch your boat..... and they will last many years......

Load going out under a bridge..... The fog helped me so nobody saw me putting em out....I did this without any help.....

What type of wood is that and is it expensive? I suppose you just fill the buckets with concrete too? Looks like it wouldn't cause a ton of hangups either. Isn't it better to let the christmas trees loose their follage before you put them out. I've heard they won't move to them for a while until the green is gone. Thanks for the advice.
