Spawning Cover and Attractor

It's pretty much self explanatory. When I was discussing my bucket lid plan with the Wildlife People here in Tennessee, he mentioned he wished I could come up with a way to use water bottles for flotation. Just got me to thinking and this is what I came up with. If the guys could turn on to providing spawning protection, there would be better fishing in the long run, helping to replace what we take out. Mac
