this spot is about 8ft deep where my pole is. Water is running slowly under a a bridge that crosses the river. The secret to a good Crappie shot to me is making sure that I am able to find a spot where fish "MUST pass thru" I call it a SlabStreet under water. If u can find a spot with running water than that means that the crappie will always be on the move because they dont sit still in running water. With this spot, im basically sitting, and waiting for slab to stroll by and knock the heck outta my jig. I limit out(25fish) almost everytime i hit this spot if the water is flowing right.
