    What's best to clean out hydraulic fluid buckets?? Thanks

    Would guess hot water soap and 3 rinsings. Try getting buckets from dry wallers (harmless, bangs out easily) and bakeries (icing and pastry filling), cleans up VERY easily, nothing harmful involved...

    I use them sometimes when I'm short on clean buckets. Drain them well as some have oil still in them. After getting all the oil out I can, set them in the drive way with some dawn dish washing liquid and fill with water.Let them set in the hot sun in my gravel drive for a couple days and then wash clean. Guess in cold weather you could use hot water and Dawn after wiping them out with paper.

    PLEASE be carefull to THOROUGHLY clean them of any residue...
