Here's a tip if you are looking to lower structure with a rope. Simply cement a nail in the top of the structure. When it cures just bend the nail over double with a hammer. Insert your rope into the loop (bent nail)and double the rope. Make the double rope length longer than the depth you plan on sinking the structure in. Lower the doubled rope and structure to the bottom and release one strand of the rope. Pull it through the looped nail. Bounce the structure a time or two to seat it into the bottom if you wish.
